Controversy with Bounce House Inflatables

As a person with a business in the event planning industry, there are many obstacles that can arise. My company specializes in children event, and with the recent controversy around bounce house inflatables it makes a person think about the legalities of party rentals.

Today News reported, Bounce House flies Away Injuring Kids, What to know before your children Play, "All of a sudden it picks up and there's a girl going down the slide,'' witness Vannessa Atencio told TODAY. "She flies out about eight feet in the air. It was pretty horrific and scary. You just kind of freeze in the moment. You don't know what to do." 2 toddlers injured in inflatable bouncy house accident in New Hampshire

ABC 7 reported, 2 toddlers injured in inflatable bouncy house accident in New Hampshire "Witnesses said they saw the bouncy house fly up in the air before it came crashing down in a neighboring orchard."

It seems as if these stories are constanly arising with bounce house inflatables, and the rental companies are 100% covered by their insurance company, and in most cases the consumer cant not sue because they already signed the contract with the information stated that situations like this can occur. Inflatable companies also do not recommend renting on days with high winds.
